Okay, okay!!! I am SO excited! I asked and you answered. Here is my blog for
recipes and all other things healthy.
Not only will this help me when I am looking for an old recipe, my goal is to post a new recipe at least once a week.
While I am an online health and fitness coach, bare with me because I am also a
full time teacher August- May so when I say goal....I mean I'm really going to
have to work!
That being said, I cannot take full credit for
all of my recipes. I am no chef genius. I am always looking for something,
usually on Google or Pinterest, that is going to feed me, fuel my body with
healthy ingredients, and something that I can make fast. During the school day
I drink Shakeology for breakfast about 6:30am, I eat lunch early, like 10:30am
early, so by 4 or 5 o'clock when I get home, I am not trying to spend three to
four hours making something and waiting on it to cook.
My hope is that I can INSPIRE you, fuel you, and
change your life through your kitchen!
