It has been a while since I have updated my transformation. Partly because for the past few months I have been very (inconsistent.) I know you are shocked.... I am human and I have a tough time too. I don't like working out---- I know, another shocker. I LOVEEEE food---shocked again? Get the point? I was bored with PiYo after so long and was switching it up with T25 but felt like I had no structure so it was very easy for me to make {more EXCUSES}.
I started back in full force January 5th with my morning workouts, Shakeology, the 21 Day fix meal plan, a super support group through our Commit to Be Fit Challenge Group, and Insanity Max:30!!!!! (Which is SUPER AWESOME by the way!) I am also trying something else new----> I usually wait remeasure and take my stats each week. With this new program, I am waiting until Day 30 to see my full Max:30 progress. I CAN'T WAIT.
In the mean time, here are two of my latest transformation pictures. The first is after <1 WEEK> of following the 21 Day Fix meal plan, or Portion Fix, with Beachbody fitness programs. I lost 5 pounds and 5 inches from my body in a week! Just think about your potential results after 21 days! It totally transformed my idea of healthy eating.
This next picture is complied of 10 months of progress pictures from the start of my journey in February 2014 to December 2014. As you can see, I have totally fluctuated and mostly maintained but that is something to be proud of looking back to the beginning! Many times, maintenance is the hardest part after a great weight loss experience. I am still working hard and pushing every day!

I started my transformation mid February 2014. I was unhappy, unhealthy, and very insecure about my body. I used my tax return money because I fell in love with my coach and wanted her to be able to help me and bought the Rockin Body challenge pack with Shakeology.
After my first week in a Challenge Group I lost 9 POUNDS and 8 inches! I was over the moon excited that I had finally learned that I could still eat FOOD and lose weight/look good. I was SOLD and signed up right away to help others like me that were looking to feel good in their clothes and in their own skin.
Fast forward to today-----> July 13, 2014. I have been working my tail off! I have lost a total of 15 pounds and over 20 inches all over my body, and counting. I have been drinking Shakeology ever since and my body tells me if I forget to drink it one day. I completed the Rockin Body program and have also completed T25 Alpha and Beta. I just started PiYo June 24th and LOVE it! Now that I am starting to tone up, the stretching involved in PiYo has been wonderful and I am starting to be able to stretch like I could back in the dance days.
Below is my "Before" pictures and progress pictures from June 28th. At first, I was very hesitant to post pictures of my "bikini body" but then when I thought about how many people I could inspire, it was totally worth it to me.
